Happy New Beer Y'all! Have we got a special show for you this week. Episode #85, the first issue of 2011, "Happy New Beer". With the return of Hop Topics and some great Backwash, we can hardly contain our enthusiasm and excitement. The highly anticipated Infinium from Sam Adams is our Fermentation Conversation piece. We decided to hold off on our review of Discovery Channel's Brew Masters Episode #5 until next week so we could relieve the pressure of some backed-up Backwash.
In the middle, Chris will introduce to the world the Bourbon Barrel Aged Winter Warmer from Rahr & Sons. Out in the snow-covered East, Mike gets dammed up with Otter Creek's Alpine Black IPA. Keeping it real out West, Toby opens, yet another boxed beer, this time from Firestone Walker and their 14th Anniversary Ale.
